I hope I can inspire you with interesting destination ideas and fun new experiences that you can start looking forward to for when you finally make the leap!

I’ve gone through the ups and downs of this lifestyle myself but I’m working on my online businesses with the goal of make passive income while I also do freelance work so I can continue traveling around the world and spend my time doing all the things I love: exploring new horizons, discovering new cultures, eating all the local food, meeting new people and yes, I also have a ton of time to play video games!

My travels so far Placeholder
My travels so far

In March 2017 about 3 years ago, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life. I quit my comfortable Product Manager job in San Francisco and flew to Cancรบn on a one-way ticket with all my possessions fitting in a 40L backpack.

Since then I’ve backpacked my way through Central America (you can read my retrospective blog post here) , South America, South East Asia, Europe, the Middle East and only spent a week in New Zealand (Shame!). You’ll notice I still haven’t traveled to Africa during this trip yet either (Double shame!). But I’m happy to say that I’m nowhere near done traveling! I still have in mind to continue the digital nomad lifestyle for another 3 years. And who knows, once I reach 5 years, my goal may then be to continue for another 5!

Although it may seem like the perfect life and that I’m living the dream, the digital nomad lifestyle definitely has its ups and downs. And so I hope to share these experiences with you! Hopefully I can share with you some useful tips if you’re thinking about starting your own journey so you don’t make the same mistakes I made. And if you’re already traveling, maybe you can relate to a lot of what I’ll be writing about and we can share our experiences.

I’ll also share my experience working on the road and how I’ve been able to support myself financially so I can now enjoy my journey to the fullest.
